The aim of the tender is to conclude a contract for security services for the offices managed by RIM Potsdam. The RIM has the right to make a prior declaration (at least 28 calendar days) in text form to the Contractor (AN) to increase or decrease the scope of services (number of properties as well as the security forces to be deployed and number of operational hours). An increase will take place according to the currently contractually agreed conditions. The Requirements for the contractor when providing security services are based on DIN 77200. Security services for events can also be requested as an option. Details are listed in the article “Locations and times”. In order to prove and ensure the activities of the security personnel, an agreement based on the above-mentioned DIN is drawn up to regulate the individual details (e.g. deployment of forces, work content (including place of work and procedure), duration of the security service performance, emergency procedures, communication rules, security staff equipment, reporting system) created by the RIM. This agreement becomes part of the contract. The locations and times of operation can be found in the service description under point I.3.6. Separate security service (see service description under I3.1): The security forces are exclusively entrusted with the following tasks: •Ensuring personal presence in the office buildings •Supporting the office in the Enforcing the house rules (ban on smoking and alcohol, bringing dogs, etc.) • Carrying out access controls and, in individual cases, exit controls • Rejecting customers who have been banned from entering the building • Actively de-escalating influence in or towards Averting conflict situations •Intervening proactively or on request to protect people from verbal and physical threats/attacks •Conducting permanent patrols, especially in the...
