The UNFPA requires the provision of a consulting company to do a cost-effectiveness study of family planning in Chad, which brings evidence of long-term impact on economic growth and national development objectives on family planning. Your company is invited by this to submit its best financial offer for the services requested (see TDRS). Your submission could be the subject of a contract between your company and UNFPA.
