1. IntroductionThis document outlines the Terms of Reference (TORs) for establishing Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with three selected companies to provide Digital Communication services, including Photography, Videography, Social Media Services, Live Streaming, and Public Address (PA) System services for UNDP Rwanda.2. Background UNDP Rwanda seeks to enhance its visibility and communication outreach by incorporating high-quality visual content, effective social media engagement, live streaming services, and a professional PA system for events.
