Country: Cape Verde Description of the Assignment: The Directorate-General of the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance intends to develop the Treasury Bank System Project, for which it will be necessary to recruit a Consultant to design the System Architecture and Blueprint.The main responsibility of the Consultant will be to develop the Design and Architecture of the “Treasury Bank System, ” as well as to provide support and follow-up in the validation of the developed modules. Period of assignment/services: 6 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
