The Libyan Center for Engineering Research and Information Technology announces the holding of a public tender for the purpose of assigning a training company to implement the following courses: 1 Advanced electronic spreadsheets 3 Documentary credits and final accounts 5 Labor Relations Law No. 12 of 2010 AD 2 Accounting for others Accountants 4 Preparing bank reconciliation and accounting entries 6 Preparing correspondence, responses, letters and legal reports 7 Planning and managing engineering projects The contents of each course from the company will be added to the offer The duration and duration of the course The offer will be for one trainee The number of employees targeted for each course To be determined later, useful implementation tools classified in accordance with applicable legislation who wish to submit their offers must submit their offers to the center-s management accompanied by the following: 1 The company-s legal file, an original 2 The financial offer, provided that the offers are submitted in sealed envelopes with red wax, starting on the day Wednesday 2025123 AD until the last day for submitting offers, which is Monday 2025128 AD at the headquarters of the Libyan Center for Engineering Research and Information Technology, its address is Bani Walid, Ashmikh Road, inside the Bani Walid Industrial Complex, former Complex 51, during official working hours from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon. The envelopes will be opened by the Procurement Committee at its session held on Wednesday, 2025-1210 AD at 1100 AM. Note: Bids that do not meet the conditions and required documents will not be considered. Personal presence of the representative on the day of opening the envelopes with a representative-s letter, proof of identity, and the stamp of the entity. The number of employees targeted for each course will be determined later. Note that the center is not currently obligated to pay until the budget is cleared
