Corporate fitness In order to strengthen body and mind as part of the client's company health management, employees should be able to use a company fitness program (a comprehensive and varied one) that is subsidized by the employer on a daily basis Sports offering via a network system) can be made possible. The offer should apply to all of the client-s employees at the Berlin, Bonn and Hanover locations. It is assumed that around 130 participating employees will work for over 48 months (four years) take part in company fitness. ALDB GmbH subsidizes the contribution with 30 euros, see price sheet. The majority of the client's employees (approx. 70%) work in Berlin. Therefore, the focus is on the sports offerings in the Berlin city area and surroundings. A cost-effective “basic offer” is required to enable all employees to participate regardless of salary. The "basic offer" is based on pure sports offers such as fitness training and courses, swimming, yoga, Pilates or climbing and bouldering. In the “Basic Offer”, employees have the opportunity to use the pure sports offerings at least once a day (including on Sundays and public holidays).
