The subject of the project is the core renovation, structural and technical expansion and adaptation of an existing building with 6 above-ground floors, a technical structure and an underground car park with 26 parking spaces. In addition to structural measures in the existing building There is a particular focus on the renewal, addition and integration of extensive building technology systems (electrical engineering, MSR, BMA, GLT, conveyor technology, etc.). The project includes, among other things: - Complete gutting of the existing building complex - Remediation of pollutants as an early partial construction measure - Reconstruction work across floors of the building structure - New installation of the existing technical infrastructure - Integration of new building automation components into existing systems and installation comprehensive building automation in the existing building - ensuring consistent system compatibility (e.g. BMS connection, control center technology) - compliance with strict safety and documentation requirements, especially taking into account the TAB Technical Connection conditions of the HHU - New construction of the outer shell as a curtained, rear-ventilated construction to improve thermal protection, durability and design - Redesign of the outdoor facilities () - PV system on the roof - Intensive Green roofs Construction work (CPV code: 45000000)
