Tender Details
The aim of the Copernicus /Sentinel Program is to deliver a continuous operational service with available Earth Observation data. ESOC is currently operating the Flight Operations Segment (FOS) of Sentinel-1, 2, 3 A/B models and the Sentinel-5P satellite, and has plans to execute the associated LEOP of the Sentinel-6 family. ESOC Sentinels FOS will also incorporate the operations of the Sentinel-1, 2, 3 C/D models in the time-frame 2021-2025.
Part of the Sentinels FOS is:
— the Mission Control System (MCS), that ESOC has procured through European Industry based on the latest ESA MCS infrastructure available at this time (SCOS-2000),
— the preparation environment for operational Artefacts, currently based on a variety of SCOS-2000 based infrastructure tools and Copernicus specific data base editors
