Scaffolding work Ruhrbahn GmbH (hereinafter Ruhrbahn, or client) is a transport company in the Ruhr area that ensures mobility in the cities of Essen and Mülheim by providing a public service contract. The subject of the award is, in particular, scaffolding work and the construction of an emergency roof as part of the renovation work at Mülheim main station. The services advertised here include in particular assembly, maintenance and dismantling services for a Temporary emergency roof as a surface framework including static evidence, drainage, enclosures and building protection measures in the course of the sectional dismantling of an existing roof. The retention period for the emergency roof is around 18 months. The The area to be equipped covers approx. 3, 000 m² or approx. 8, 820 m³ with dimensions of approx. 70 m × 45 m × 2.80 m. The emergency roof is a surface scaffolding made of scaffolding towers of load class 6 with a base area of 1.00 m × 1.00 m and main trusses with maximum spans of approx. 20.00 m. The scaffolding area must be designed in load class 4. The heights of the scaffolding towers vary according to the geometry of the free-standing roof. The roof surface must be designed with a gradient of approx. 1-2% towards the east and west sides to be sealed watertight with a PVC roof membrane.
