Conversion of the ground floor into IMC Tower 2 - interior plastering and painting work
A central intermediate care unit (IMC) is to be built in tower 2 in the area of the current doctor's office on the ground floor. The IMC relieves the pressure on the intensive care unit, offers 5 single rooms/isolation rooms and 7 double rooms in the immediate vicinity of the intensive care unit. The tendered construction work involves the execution of the interior plastering and painting work on the ground floor and ground floor as part of the IMC ward conversion in Tower 2 of the BG Clinic Ludwigshafen. Interior plastering work (gypsum plaster and lime cement plaster) as well as painting and wallpapering are services included in this tender. In addition, painting work must be carried out on metal frames. The work is divided into 2 construction phases, the work interruption is approx. 2-3 months.
