Conversion of the ground floor into IMC Tower 2 - tiling work A central intermediate care unit (IMC) is to be built in tower 2 in the area of the current doctor's office on the ground floor. The IMC relieves the intensive care unit, offers 5 single rooms/isolation rooms and 7 twin rooms in close proximity to the intensive care unit. The tendered construction work involves screed and tiling work on the garden floor (GG) and ground floor (EG) as part of the IMC ward conversion in Tower 2 of the BG Clinic Ludwigshafen. A small amount of screed work must be carried out in the intended toilet areas. A composite seal must also be carried out. Wall and floor tiling work is planned in the wet rooms and toilet rooms. The measure is divided into 2 construction phases with an interruption for the tendered work of approx. 2-3 months.
