Conversion of the ground floor into IMC Tower 2 - interior plastering and painting work A central intermediate care unit (IMC) is to be built in tower 2 in the area of the current doctor's office on the ground floor. The IMC relieves the intensive care unit and offers 5 single rooms/ Isolation rooms and 7 two-bed rooms in close proximity to the intensive care unit. The construction work tendered involves the execution of the interior plastering and painting work on the ground floor and ground floor as part of the IMC station conversion in tower 2 BG Clinic Ludwigshafen. Interior plastering work (gypsum plaster and lime cement plaster) as well as painting and wallpapering are services included in this tender. In addition, floor coating work and painting work on metal frames must be carried out. The works are divided into 2 construction phases, the work interruption is approx. 2-3 months.
