Conversion of an existing hall into a Weitersburg fire station | supporting structure The municipality of Vallendar intends to build a new fire station by converting an existing commercial hall and would like the associated planning services outsourced. The existing building was originally used as a commercial hall and is to be converted functionally, technically and design-wise into a contemporary fire station, making extensive use of the existing building structure. The goal is that Needs-based accommodation for the fire brigade with a vehicle hall, washing hall, workshops, storage areas, training room as well as social, changing and sanitary rooms, taking into account the relevant planning and funding guidelines for fire stations. The In this case, the Verbandsgemeinde of Vallendar is inviting tenders for architectural services within the meaning of Section 73 VgV for the construction of a new fire station.
