Tender Details

The municipality of Grefrath is planning to modernize and redesign the town hall - for this purpose, the historic old building is to be modernized and expanded with a new two or three-story (split level) building without a basement. This connects to the existing old building barrier-free via a small connecting building. The on-site shell consists of a reinforced concrete core, predominantly in-situ concrete construction, as well as single-shell masonry of the outer walls (north facade and both gable ends). The carpentry work complements the shell with a two-story wooden structure and a balcony in front on the south side as well as the roof structure on the north and south sides. The subject of the tender is the following services including all prerequisites and rework: - approx. 290 m² plasterboard drywalls including door openings, ground floor to 2nd floor - approx. 245 m² plasterboard fire protection walls including door openings, ground floor to 2nd floor - approx. 175 m² cement wet room walls and facing shells, ground floor to 2nd floor - approx. 50 m² Plasterboard drywall ceilings - approx. 35 m² Plasterboard ceiling cover RLT duct - approx. 110 m² Acoustic ceiling construction Council hall including acoustic plaster Plasterboard works (CPV code: 45324000)
