Tender Details
The Leininger High School, centrally located in Gruenstadt, consists of four connected building parts with approximately 13, 130 m2 of gross floor space. The high school needs to be upgraded in terms of fire protection. At the same time, a new IT network and an emergency and hazard response system will also be builtm (NGRS) must be installed. The construction project lasts 32 months. It is to be carried out in 8 construction phases on the six building parts A1, A2, B1-3 and C1; this fact must be taken into account in the calculation. Conversion and fire protection renovation of the Leininger High School, Gruenstadt: Demolition and dismantling work
The following work is to be carried out: - Demolition of mineral fiber ceilings: 1400 m2 - Demolition of metal panel clip ceilings with KMF-containing insulation layer:2920 m2 - removal and disposal of KMF-containing insulation layer approx. 25 mm: 3240 m2 - removal and disposal of KMF-containing pipe insulation: 2000 m - demolition of doors 1 wing: 148 pcs. - Dust protection walls with foil covering: 1750 m2 - Dust protection walls EI 90: 525 m2 - Protection floor covering made of chipboard: 4200 m2.The work must be carried out in sections and in all 6 components. The construction times result from the construction process concept and the construction schedules, which are part of the tender documents.
