Conversion and extension of the Drachenstark Edemissen primary school - planning services LPH 5-9 in accordance with HOAI §§ 34, 39, 51, 55 and Annex 1/1.2.3 The Drachenstark primary school in Edemissen is to be expanded in three places and the existing school is to be upgraded in terms of fire protection. The LPH 5-9 are the subject of the order, as the LPH 1-4 have already been provided. . For the measure, the municipality of Edemissen would like a planning team - consisting of a building/interior object planner, structural planning specialist, and technical planner HLS equipment and specialist planners commission ELT technical equipment and conclude individual contracts with the individual planning partners of the planning team. This is NOT a general planning award. . The object planner building/interior should do this Adopt the performance profile of the outdoor area planning (subcontracts are permitted). However, the fee is determined separately for open space planning in accordance with the HOAI. . The TGA planner HLS should provide the thermal insulation and energy balancing performance profile in accordance with Appendix 1.2.3 HOAI take over (subcontracts are permitted).
