Purpose: PreciControl Vitamin D total III control material kit is used to control the quality of the Elecsys Vitamin D immunotest total III on immunochemical analyzers cobas e. PreciControl Vitamin D total III is a lyophilized control serum based on human serum in two concentration ranges. Control materials are used for monitoring the accuracy of the Elecsys Vitamin D total III immunoassay. Reagents - working solutions: ▪ PC VITDT1: 3 bottles, each for preparing 1.0 ml of control serum. Human blood serum; preservative Target value is about 20 ng/ml (50 nmol/l) ▪ PC VITDT2: 3 bottles, each to prepare 1.0 ml control serum. Human blood serum; preservative The target value is about 40 ng/ml (100 nmol/L). To prepare controls, you must add distilled water. Storage and Stability: store at 2‑8 °C. Lyophilized control serum is stable until the stated expiration date. Stability of dissolved control serum: at -20 °C (± 5 °C) 31 days, at 2‑8 °C 72 hours, on board analyzers at 20‑25 °C up to 5 hours. If not compliance of the product with the technical specification, replacement of the product within 3 days after notification.
