The National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation wishes to contract with a media company as follows: 1. It must have the experience and ability. 2. The offers must be valid for one month. 3. A file containing all valid legal documents for the submitting company must be attached, and the following documents must be attached to it. A copy of the articles of incorporation and articles of association. A recent extract from the commercial registry. A valid license to practice the activity. Evidence of registration in the importers- registry or industrial registry. Evidence of tax payment and security contributions. 4. Offers are submitted to the purchasing committee at the center-s headquarters in closed, sealed envelopes. With red wax, the offers must be in two envelopes, the first is an artistic proposal of one original and two copies, and the second is a financial offer of one original and two copies. The envelopes will be opened in a public session to be determined later in the presence of representatives of the applying companies, knowing that the period for submitting offers is 5 days from the date of the offer, as the Center informs you.
