Contracting of a company, on a costly granting regime with the granting of the implementation, supervision and administration services of the rotary parking system on the public roads and public places of the municipality of Francisco Morato - SP, through automated system, proof of proof of time parking for control and supply of labor and equipment, thus aiming at providing service to the user, and allowing full financial integrity of the collection, in accordance with the technical specifications contained in this reference term authorized by item x, of the Article 24 of Federal Law No. 9, 503/1997 cumulated with the Resolution of Contran - National Traffic Council No. 302/2008 and Municipal Law No. 3.036/2018, of December 26, 2018.
