Tender Details

The award procedure for the planning, construction, financing and operation of the central refrigeration and heat pump system at the Sulzbach site is carried out as a negotiated procedure with a preliminary competition. The procedure is not in lots divided; the order is awarded as a total service. Interested companies are invited to submit an application for participation that meets the eligibility criteria in terms of economic, financial, technical and professional performance as well as the absence of grounds for exclusion. The selection of suitable applicants is based on objective and non-discriminatory criteria.
