If the bidder / applicant makes use of the capacities of other companies with regard to the criteria for economic and financial performance within the scope of a suitability loan, they must be jointly liable for the execution of the order; the declaration of liability is simultaneous with the "declaration of commitmentg "(Form 236).
Companies that are not prequalified must also submit their own declarations via Form 124 to be submitted with the offer of taxes, duties and contributions to social security;
