OePP project. New Civil Protection Hall
The district of Dachau plans to build a new civil protection facility for machinery and equipment. which are currently stored at different locations in the district. The newbieu also includes an adjoining administrative building and a cold hall. The administrative building should have offices for the district fire inspection and a district control center, which should be staffed only partially (and in case of need). The civil protection hall is to serve the faster and coordinated reaction of rescue workers in supraregional emergency situations.The new building is to be built on a property in the district of Dachau standing in Hebertshausen. The gross floor area (GFA) to be realized amounts to approx. 2 400 m (of which 750 m administration building, 1 250 m hall and 400 m cold store), the gross volume approx. 15 000 m (of which 3 000 m administrative building, 10 000 m Hall and 2, 000 m cold store).

The project is called OePP model advertised. This means that the task includes the complete planning and turnkey construction of a civil protection hall by the contractor based on the tender documents on the land provided. The contractor will also be responsible for the technical building management and subordinate services for a period of 20 yearsinfrastructural building management. The contract will be awarded by means of a negotiated competition procedure. This means that, in the first instance, in the context of a competition for participation, suitable companies will be selected who will be invited to draw up offers, which will then be negotiated. Within the scope of the participation contestInterested companies have to substantiate their suitability by, among other things, reference projects as well as information on turnover and employees in the areas of object planning, construction and building operation. Interested applicants can prove their suitability by referring to their own references, sales or employees or to references, conversions or employees of other companies (Nachunternehmen), as far as these companies confirm by given declarations that they are available to the applicant for the project of the administrative district of Dachau (suitability lending).
