"Coaching and mediation" Integration measure for integrative benefit recipients in accordance with - 16 paragraph 1 sentence 1 SGB II in conjunction with - 45 paragraph 1 SGB III (on behalf of the Job Center)

Subject of performance is the implementation of an integration measure in accordance with - 16 paragraph 1 sentence 1 SGB II in conjunction with -45 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 3 and 5 SGB III. The measure is a combination of elements for placement into employment subject to social insurance contributions and stabilization of employment. Main site: Labor Market Service Oskar-Jaeger-Strasse 50 50825 Koeln 51063, 51065, 50679 (default of implementation)

The objectives of the measure are:

- the transfer of the participantsending in employment subject to social insurance,

- the promotion and maintenance of motivation as well as support and support of the participants in the job market through individual and intensive needs-based coaching and

- if necessary, ensuring the transition from receipt of benefits to ending the need for help,

- the client gives a target value of miAt least 25% of the participants' placements,

- Decisive for the calculation of the attained placement quota is proof of three-month employment subject to social security contributions. The placement rate achieved is calculated from the number of participants who joined the measure by the deadline,

- It is expected that 20% of the participants will have an aftermathThe awarding of the contract is governed, among other things, by the law on the safeguarding of tariff loyalty and minimum wage in the awarding of public contracts (Tariftreue- und Vergabegesetz Nordrhein-Westfalen TVgG NRW) of 21.3.2018 (TVgG). According to this, contracted companies as well as their subcontractors have to stipulate according to the TVgGpay minimum wages or collective bargaining wages and grant minimum working conditions (- 2 TVgG). The City of Koeln, as a public procurer, is authorized to carry out inspections to verify compliance with these obligations.
