The subject of this call is the Provision of a fully developed Video on Demand streaming service (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider Service" or VoD) for all usersWeb browser and content for this by a contractor. Therefore DB F intends to continue this entertainment offer in all ICs of DB F from the end of Q1 2021 and hereby seeks a contractor for this moving image serviceIn addition to this award is the provision of a fully developed video on demand streaming service (hereinafter "the provider service" or VoD) for all current web browsers and content for this by a contractor.The contractor should also take over the content handling including rights clarification and editorial services and marketing support sorgen. In addition, he takes care of the operation and the technical development of the IT platform independently.
The provider service should be rolled out for all train passengers of the existing and future ICE trains from Q1 2021 on this ICE trains. The provider service will be accessible and usable as follows: If a user has the Wi-Fi functionality on their terminal (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc.), after acceptance of the General Business Conditions for the use of the WLAN, it will be directed to a homepage of the ICE Intranet Service called "ICE Portal" This ICE portal is for travelers on the 1st and 2nd wlan. The provider service should consist of only one area, namely a free area for the traveler with corresponding subpages. Within the teaser area, the traveler should have unlimited, free access to the provided moving image content. An optional, voluntary login with a train ID SSO is in the planning.
The heRequired product components must be realized in consideration of the high-speed traffic as well as the requirements on availability, transfer speed and stability of the Internet availability as well as the technical conditions in the ICE.
Services can be subcontracted to subcontractors.
