Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a Additive manufacturing plant for metal powders

- registration in the Companies register at C.C.I.A.A. (in the case of an Italian company or a foreign company that, in Italy, has established a secondary office or has in Italy the omain jet of his activity), or registration in one of the registers provided for by art. 83, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure.

1) the tender procedure will comecarried out in electronic mode on the website https: //start.toscana.it;

2) all the documentation requested must be produced in electronic form on the aforementioned site and, where requested, digitally signed;

3) the tender and announced by resolution to negotiate protocol n. 106347 of 08.10.2019. The contract is governed by the call for tenders, the tender regulations and the approved directivesn. 3631/2015 and can be consulted on the Internet at https://start.toscana.it. At the internet address https://start.toscana.it all the tender documents are available, including the tender regulations in which all the documentation to be submitted for participation in the tender is specified;

4) requests for clarification must be formulated with the methods and within the indicated deadlinei in the Tender Regulations;

5) the reasons for exclusion from the tender are indicated in the Tender Specifications; the DUVRI;

7) the bid of the competitors must be accompanied by the guarantee provided by the art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, established in accordance with the methods indicated in the Disciplinary of gara; the successful tenderer must establish the final guarantee to the extent and with the methods indicated in the Tender Regulations;

8) the use of the arbitration clause pursuant to art. 209 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2006;

9) the expenses related to the publication of the announcement and the outcome in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic and in the newspapers, with the exception of the costs of the concessionarI of advertising, are the responsibility of the contractor and must be reimbursed to the University of Pisa within 60 days from the award. The amount for these publications amounts approximately to 10, 000.00 EUR, including VAT.

10) All stamp and registration fees, for the minutes and for the contract are the responsibility of the contractor.
