Assignment of the supply of biological drugs - ARCA_2019_001.15

The contract relates to the stipulation of an agreement pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 4, of the L.R. n. 33 of 12.28.2007 - for the supply of biological drugs, and other related services, as better described in the tender documents, in favor of the bodies of the Serviceregional health care pursuant to art. 1 of the L.R. n. 30 of 12.27.2006 including the ASPs and the health service organizations of the regions affiliated with ARIA S.p.A.

Main Site: At the offices and premises of the regional health service institutions pursuant to art. 1 of the L.R. n. 30 / 2006.

Supply of biological drugs, and related related services, in favor of the regional health service bodiesale pursuant to art. 1 of the L.R. n. 30 of 12.27.2006 including the ASPs and the health service bodies of the regions affiliated with ARIA SpA. As long as the exclusion from the procedure as essential elements of the offer, the competitor must satisfy the following conditions:

a) registration for related activities the subject of this contract, both with reference to the supply activity chand services referred to in the contract, in the C.C.I.A.A. or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts in accordance with the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

b) the existence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

1) the tender procedure is managed with the electronic system called Sintel, accessible from the website www.ariaspa.it, whosedescription and method of use for the purpose of presenting the offer and specified in the tender specifications and relative attachments as well as in the technical manuals available on the website www.ariaspa.it;

2) the specific provisions concerning the supply and related services, the methods of presentation and the elements for evaluating the offers, the unit auction bases that cannot be overcome at the time ofbid, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the subcontract, the additional causes of exclusion and the other tender information are contained in the tender specification and relative attachments; the duration of the individual supply contracts and equal to the duration of the agreement starting from the date of issue of the supply order, provided that it is issued within the period of validity and effectiveness of thethe convention itself;

3) the modalities of participation in the case of a temporary grouping of companies, in the case of aggregations between companies adhering to the network contract, and in the case of a consortium they are regulated in the tender regulations;

4) the participation of competitors among themselves in one of the control situations referred to in art. 2359 of the civil code or in ato any relationship, even de facto, if the control situation or the relationship:

i) involves that the offers are attributable to a single decision-making center;

ii) influenced the formulation of the offer; competitors for whom it is ascertained that the relative offers are attributable to a single decision-making center, on the basis of unambiguous elements, will also be excluded from the tender;

5) I am notpartial and / or conditional bids accepted as specified in the tender specifications and annexes;

6) with the presentation of the offers, the competitors allow the processing of their data, also personal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and amendments, and regulation (EU) 2016/679 for insolvency and contractual requirements;

7) information and clarifications on the tender documents can be requestedare in accordance with the methods indicated in the tender specifications, within and no later than the deadline of 10/30/2010 at 12:00; clarifications to the tender documents will be communicated / published in the manner specified in the tender specifications;

8) the competitors are required to indicate, at the time of submitting the offer, the elected domicile for sending notices acknowledging that they will be sentate sent by ARIA S.p.A. with the methods indicated in the aforementioned annex;

9) Carmen Schweigl was appointed as the sole person responsible for the procedure for this procedure;

10) in the agreement form the electronic ordering methods will be indicated and the electronic invoicing and the electronic payment regulated;

11) subcontracting is allowed within the maximum limitsi of the percentage and other conditions indicated in the tender documents;

12) the possibility of increases or decreases in contractual services up to a fifth of the maximum contractual amount to the same agreements, prices and conditions of the same is allowed. 20% change equal for the whole procedure to 11 718 888, 44224 excl. VAT; possibility of renewal for thesame duration as the contract; contractual extension in case of non-erosion of the quantities in the validity period of the agreement;

13) participation in this procedure is permitted for one or more lots thereof.
