Requisites for participation

For the purposes of participationin the race, the competitors must be in possession, under penalty of exclusion, of the following requisites:

General Requirements

Competitors for whom there are the causes of exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree n. 50/2016.

Economic operators having their head office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the so-called black lists referred to in the decree-of the Minister of Finance of 4.5.1999 and the decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance of 21.11.2001 must, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, be in possession of the authorization in progress of validity issued pursuant to the D.M. 14.12.2010 of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (pursuant to Article 37 of Legislative Decree No. 3.5.2010 No. 78 Conv. in Law 122/2010) or of the application for authorizationpresented pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 3, of the Ministerial Decree of 14.12.2010.

The economic operators must possess, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, entry on the list of suppliers, service providers and executors of works not subject to mafia infiltration attempts (so-called white list) established at the Prefecture of the province in which the economic operator has its headquarters or devhe / she has submitted an application for registration to the aforementioned list.

The general requirements must be possessed by each company participating in the grouping or, in the case of a consortium, by all the associated companies participating in the tender. 83, paragraph 1, lett. a), of Legislative Decree 50/2016:

a) registration with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Othersgriculture for activities consistent with the subject of the contract or in one of the professional or commercial registers referred to in Annex XVI of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (if the person who carries out the business and a citizen of another Member State not resident in Italy),

- only for cooperatives, registration in the Register of cooperative societies,

- only for consortia of cooperatives, registration in the general register of the coo

b) registration in the Register of companies that carry out waste management pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 406/98 and s.m.i. for the following category:

- category 1, class E or higher, with the following subcategories: D1, D2, D4, D5, D6 and D7.

Regarding this last requirement (registration in the national environmental manager register), in case of Temporary Grouping of Companies (RTI) and condition noit is necessary that the group leader is registered at least in category 1, class E or higher corresponding to the main service. This requirement must be held on the date of publication of this notice.

Pursuant to art. 89, paragraph 10, it is not allowed to resort to the institute of use for the requirement of registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers.of economic and financial capacity - pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1, lett. b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016: a) to have achieved a specific annual turnover, referred to the last 3 financial years (2015/2016/2017), not less than EUR 680 000.00 excluding VAT. RTI or aggregation of network companies, this requirement must be owned by the group as a whole.

For companies that havethe activity has been underway for less than three years, the turnover requirements will be considered in proportion to the date of establishment or start-up of the business.

It is hereby specified that this declaration is required to guarantee the company's solidity and the ability to manage the service in relation to the entity of the same.
