The Verbandsgemeinde Oberes Glantal intends to award planning services for the reorganization of a land use plan (FNP) as well as a landscape tarps (LP). The reorganization has become necessary due to the reconstitution of the municipality as of 1.1.2017. The Verbandsgemeinde Oberes Glantal covers an area of 15, 750 ha and consists of 23 local communities with about 29, 000 inhabitants.

The Verbandsgemeinde Oberes Glantal intends to award planning services for the reorganization of a FlaEschennutzungsplanes (FNP) and a landscape plan (LP). The reorganization has become necessary due to the reconstitution of the municipality as of 1.1.2017. The Verbandsgemeinde Oberes Glantal covers an area of 15, 750 ha and consists of 23 local communities with about 29, 000 inhabitants.

The Verbandsgemeinde Oberes Glantal became part of the old Verbandsgemeinde Glan-Muenchweiler, Schoenenberg-Kuebelberg and Waldmohr formed, each of which has its own land use plans with different processing status as follows:

Alt-VG Glan-Muenchweiler: FNP 1996, partial update 2005 with the objectives Wohnbauflaechen, Oeko account space and renewable energy; Teilfortschreibung Windkraft 2014

Alt-VG Schoenenberg-Kuebelberg: Overall update of FNP 2016

Alt-VG Waldmohr: GesamtfoRewriting of the FNP 2016 with planning target 2030 and selective updating of the landscape plan.

The award will be made in two separate procedures

01 Reorganization of a land use plan and

02 Reconstruction of the landscape plan.

The object of this award is Lot 2 NewSetting up a landscape plan (planning services in the sense of - 23 (1) HOAI work phases 1-4) and special services required in this context as a full contract.

Applications are possible in both procedures.

The contract documents for the procedure "Lot 01 Reorganization of the land use plan "provides for unrestricted and complete direct accessalso available for free under: www.subreport.de/E68371113.

The landscape plan has to be reorganized. The existing landscape plans of the three old community associations can be used for the update, but here the data basis is partly outdated. As lot 01 the client wants to allocate the land use planning into which the landscape planning should be integratedis. The landscape plan has to be compiled according to - 5 Abs. 3 Landesnaturschutzgesetz Rheinland-Pfalz as a nature protection planning contribution for the land use plans and to be included in the FNP as a representation with the other spatially significant plans and measures. Optionally, planning services are to be awarded for the creation of the associated biotope type card. The EThe landscape plan must be completed by December 31, 2018.

All phases of service according to - 23 HOAI (services in the performance picture landscape plan) in connection with Annex 4 HOAI are to be awarded, namely the performance phases

- Performance phase 1: Clarification of the task and determination of the scope of services

- Performance phase 2: Determination of the planning basis,

- Performance phase 3: Vorlcurrent version

- performance date 4: agreed version and

- the required specifics

as a full mandate.

1) Declaration by the candidate that attributable to the candidate in the person of the candidate or by conduct of his person or by the conduct of a person is, none exclusion reasons after - 42 exp. 1 VgV in connection with - 123 GWB are justified;

If the services are provided by a consortiumIf the bidder intends to make use of the services provided by a third party, the information must also be provided by the third party at the request of the awarding authority.
