Economic operators, also established in other Member States, can participate in this tender in single formor associated, according to the provisions of art. 45 of the Code, provided they are in possession of the registration in the register of companies or the provincial register of craft enterprises pursuant to Law 25.1.1994, n. 82 and of the Ministerial Decree 7.7.1997, n. 274 with membership of at least the classification band f) up to 2 065 828.00 EUR referred to in art. 3 of the aforementioned decree.

The competitor not established in ITALY but in anotherMember State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, co. 3 of the code, submits a sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established.

The requirement relating to the registration in the register of companies or provincial register of craft enterprises pursuant to Law 25.1.11994, n. 82 and of the Ministerial Decree 7.7.1997, n. 274 pursuant to art. 3 of the aforementioned decree referred to in point 7.1, lett.a) must be owned by:

a. from each of the companies grouped / grouped or consortium members / consortium or EEIG;

b. by each of the companies participating in the network contract indicated as executors and, by the network itself, in the event that it has juridical subjectivity. a) and b) must be in possession of entries in classification bands such thatthe sum of the individual classification amounts is equal to or greater than the amount of the classification band referred to in paragraph 7.1, lett. to). The mandatary parent company must be registered in a classification band not lower than band e) up to 1 032 914.00 UR.
