Framework Agreement for the service of transport of drinking water by means of tankers for the SII S.p.A.

The activity covered by the Framework Agreement concerns the transport service of drinking water by means of tankers. The activity of the service consists in withdrawing drinking water from the withdrawal points indicated in the annex to the specifications, through authorized tanker trucksata and suitable for this service, carry out the transport up to the plant to be supplied (tanks / lifting stations, etc.) to carry out all the activities for draining the drinking water in the tank of the plant to provide a complete and perfectly executed service of art.

Main Site: Municipalities of the Province of Terni: Fabro, Ficulle, Allerona, Parrano, Monteleone d'Orvieto and Montegabbione.

The activity of the service consists in withdrawing drinking water from the withdrawal points indicated in the annex to the specifications, by means of authorized tanker and suitable for this service, carrying out the transport up to the plant to be supplied (tanks / lifting stations, etc.) carry out all the activities for draining the drinking water into the tub of the plant to give full service and performito to perfect rule of art.

1. Registration to the Chamber of Commerce (register of companies) of the province where the company is located for the exercise, by the competitor, of the contracted activity. To the competitor of another Member State not established in Italy, and request proof of registration, according to the procedures in force in the State of residence, in one of the professional registerscommercial agents referred to in Annex XVI, by sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the Member State in which it is established or by attestation, under their own responsibility, that the certificate produced has been issued by one of the professional or commercial registries established in the country in which he is resident. In the case of a competitor not required to registerand in C.C.I.A.A., a declaration by the legal representative provided in the form of self-certification pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000, which declares the non-existence of the aforementioned obligation to register with the C.C.I.A.A. and a copy of the deed of incorporation and of the articles of association. In the hypothesis of temporary grouping or ordinary consortium already established or to be established, or aggregation of inetwork companies, or EEIGs, this requirement must be possessed by each economic operator forming part of the grouping.

2. Possession of valid health authorization for the plates of the tanks used for the execution of the service (Article 44 and 46 of Legislative Decree 327/80).
