Information and formalities required to check compliance with the conditions:
Proof of suitability according to - 6 (3) No 2 (a) - (i) EC VOB / A 2012 should be submitted with the tender. Required proof of suitability, in the form of recognized Pcertificates of qualification (inter alia HPQR) are admissible within the scope of their scope of explanation. Tenderers who are not prequalified can initially provide the required explanations by submitting their own statements. The contracting authority reserves the right to submit corresponding certificates from those who are not pre-qualified and short-listedn the responsible authorities. The certificates must be submitted within 6 days of the request for the presentation of the certificates.
