CPV Description: Inbound call management service for the energy and environment consumer call center at Acquirente Unico S.p.A. and supply of an integrated technology platform, in ASP (Application Service Providing) mode, always at the call center of the energy and environment consumer desk.
Telephone operator services.uent services:
- basic supply.
a) management service with the inbound call provider of the call center of the energy and environment consumer desk, through the platform referred to in point b) below; the supplier is required to manage, with its own operators, up to a maximum of 3, 000, plus a possible 25%, daily calls;
b) integrated technology platform, from-provide in ASP (Application Service Providing) mode at the call center of the Acquirente Unico SpA energy and environment counter for the consumer, for the provision of contact center services up to a maximum of 15 internal customer locations; ) the provision of the operator workstation service in ASP mode, including the provision of telephone equipment andheadphones up to a maximum of 15 internal locations of the client;
d) the provision of supervision and monitoring station for six units at AU.
Optional services
In addition, it may be required:
a1) to handle further calls up to to a maximum of 3 070 calls per day (total calls per day 6 820); this service is optional and can be requested by BuyerUnique at its sole discretion,
a2) the renewal of the basic supply for the following three years;
a3) back office activities as described in the tender specifications;
a4) outbound activities as described in the tender specifications. above described may be requested by the Single Buyer at its sole discretion.
Provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016:-equal to 2% of the amount based on the auction, without prejudice to the provisions of the aforementioned art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, to be submitted together with the presentation of the offer following the eventual receipt of the letter of invitation.
This guarantee, pursuant to art. 93, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, must have validity up to 200 days after the deadline for submissionand of the offer. The guarantor pursuant to art. 93, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 must also, under penalty of exclusion, undertake to renew the guarantee at the request of the contracting authority which may be formulated during the procedure if the award has not yet taken place at the time of expiry of the 200th day. definitive pursuant to art. 103 of the D.Lgs.-n. 50/2016 equal to 10% of the contractual amount, without prejudice to the provisions of the aforementioned art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.
The economic offer must be accompanied, under penalty of exclusion, by the commitment referred to in art. 93, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree n. 50 / 2016.
The procedures for the establishment of guarantees are those indicated in articles 93 and 103 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016. A) the causes ofexclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;
b) Italian and foreign subjects in possession of the requisites and capacities pursuant to art. 83 of Legislative Decree 50/16, or required by the tender documentation and registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture (CCIAA) (or other equivalent body for the companies belonging to theto other EU States) for business activities equivalent to that of the contract;
c) registration in the register of communication operators pursuant to the resolution of the Authority for guarantees in communications no. 666/08 / CONS of 26 November 2008 pursuant to art. 24 bis, paragraph 11, of the D.L. June 22, 2012, n. 83 and subsequent amendments and additions.
Pursuant to art. 37 of L.n. 122/2010, the economic operators having their registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the black lists referred to in the D.M. 4.5.1999 and to the D.M. 21.11.2001 must be in possession of the authorization issued pursuant to the D.M. 14.12.2010.
For competitors of foreign countries, which must meet the conditions of mutual recognition required by national legislation, the art. 83 and 49-of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.
In the case of Temporary Grouping of Companies (RTI) or consortia pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, letter e) of Legislative Decree 50/16, the requirements of this point (ab) must be owned by each company in RTI, by the consortium and by the consortium members. in art. 45, paragraph 2, letters b) and c) of Legislative Decree 50/16, the requisites as per pre-hear item (ab) must be held by the consortium and by the designated consortium members.

Pena exclusion, the declarations must be made by the legal representative of the operator or by a subject equipped with appropriate powers for all the subjects who hold the offices referred to in art. 80, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016. They must also be accompanied by a valid document from the sub-writer in which the expiration date is detectable. If signed by a prosecutor and the power of attorney-it is not registered with the Chamber of Commerce, the signature powers of the underwriter must be proven by presenting a copy of the special power of attorney.
