Framework Contract Engineering, Inspection and Special Inspection Services for Machinery Systems, conveyor technology and teccommercial building equipment. Lots 1 to 12: DB AG operates an extensive portfolio of real estate, from office real estate through railway stations to industrial real estate. The facilities of the technical building equipment (TGA) and conveyor technology (FT), which are located in these properties, require various services for testing (initial and recurring, before commissioning), inspections (eg afterVDI 6022), examinations, assessments and assessments by authorized persons of approved monitoring bodies and experts. These are systems of the entire TGA. The services are depending on the lot regionally for the Deutsche Bahn AG and its affiliated group companies as well as for third parties not public contracting for, the German Bahn AG and the with her-affiliated companies as service providers. Information: The most economical offer per lot is awarded to the contract. There is a framework contract for each lot. We reserve the right if a bidder wins several lots, -To summarize these in a framework contract.
