Technical computer support services. Entrusting of the service maintenance service of non-standard software to integrate the AscotWeb system, user assistance, support for annual complaints and system management of the servers for the personnel information system (Ascotweb and Ge.Di.), for the years 2019/2020, for the Valle d'Aosta Autonomous Region.

In detail, the service includes:

- the applied maintenancegoes non-standard software to integrate the AscotWeb staff information system listed in Annex A to the Special Tender Specifications,

- assistance to users for activities on the staff information system (AscotWeb, Ge.Di. and sw standards) concerning the processing of pay slips, the consequent social security, insurance and tax obligations, for the surveys of theannual account and self-liquidation Inail,

- user support for the single certification (CU) and the annual complaint 770,

- the system management of the AscotWeb servers,

- the coordination activity. 17.4 of the Disciplinary of competition. See art. 17.3, lett. b) of the Disciplinary of competition.
