SAP consulting for SAP S / 4 HANA project

GSI GmbH uses since 1999 the SAP system with a number of modules as the central data processing system in administration. In particularthe core components FI, CO and SRM / MM are used for finance, controlling and purchasing. In addition, other modules for project control (PS), household management (PSM) and building management (PM) are used.

The technical SAP advice should support the project team in the SAP project implementation up to -abschluss support. Data, processes, IT system and NON-SAP applications as well as roles and authorizations are to be evaluated under S / 4 HANA.
In concrete terms, the following subject areas are to be covered:
- Controlling: SAP module CO-OM (overhead cost controlling), EC-PCA (profit center accounting) and PS (project system),

- Supplier Management: SAP Module SRM, e-procurement, SAP Ariba, Cataloging,

- Personnel administration: SAP module HCM-PA,
-Product lifecycle management: SAP module MM and PM in the context of PLM,
- SAP basis: Customizing, role and authorization, embedded analytics, SAP Report Writer, SAP queries, SAP requirements, change and test management with SAP SolMan, SAP transport, connection of NON-SAP systems, FIORI,
- SAP system operation: HANA database, operation of cloud and on-premise systems,
- SAP developmentng (standard and customer-specific developments): SAP workflows, SAP forms, ABAP programming, FIORI,
- shipping, outgoing invoicing and quotation calculation: SAP module SD.
The activities essentially include the following tasks:
- prototyping in a sandbox system ( along SAP standard and with best practice approach),
- installation and basic configuration,
- customizing and, if necessary, AAdaptations of software at source code level (development in the sense of customer-specific adaptations) up to the final acceptance before Go Live by the client,
- support with start-up support after Go Live,
- requirements management as well as SAP change and test management using the SAP Solution Manager,
- support when creating and checking the specifications with regard to implementationAriability,
- Creation and review of the specifications with regard to the feasibility,
- Knowledge transfer through workshop and training implementation as well as the provision of documents,
- Assessment of changes and approval of changes: support with necessary adjustments of the project management documents with regard on the technical feasibility,
- coordination, analysis and bearProcessing of the activities necessary for the switch to S / 4 HANA such as B. Fit gap analysis, data cleansing and archiving, testing, adaptation or implementation of SAP workflows and forms, SAP programming of ABAP reports etc., interface analysis & adaptations, data migration from the source to the target system (including test migrations ) etc,

For the implementation, the external specialists should be SAP application consultants with at least 5 years of operational project experience for the respective modules; A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is sufficient for the PS, SD and LE modules. In this context, analogue BProfessional experience in customizing within the area of application can be demonstrated at the client. The SAP architects must have at least 5 years of operational SAP project experience in this area. You yourself have at least 5 years of operational project experience in SAP development (especially ABAP, workflows, forms) or you have your own SAP developmentto complement the team in order to cover development needs at GSI / FAIR within this scope of services. Experts are also required for activities of the SAP basis with at least 5 years of operational project experience in the area of SAP operations.
An operational project experience with FIORI is to be provenThe client`s requirements also include work package responsibilities. If a work package responsibility is assumed, the SAP consultant reports regularly to the sub-project management of the SAP S / 4 HANA project belonging to the work package. The work package management basically coordinates the activities of the work package along the work package description. To better coordinate activities, the contractor must have a coordinating contact person for the SAP project management. - Lot 3: Technical sub-project management under S / 4 HANA with a focus on "Purchasing, logistics, maintenance and PLM GSI / FAIR ".
Participation phase
Assessment of the suitability of the applicant based on the application for participation, including suitability forms.

Each applicant can apply for all or only for individual lots. Each bidder can be awarded the contract for individual or multiple lots in accordance with the announced evaluation and award criteria.
