Object of the procurement and entrustment of the maintenance services of the information system, specialized technical support for the definition of economic support policies forindividuals and families through the indicator of the family economic condition.

Delegate of Informatica Trentina S.p.A., right decision to contract n. 12 of 4.9.2018 of the president of Informatica Trentina S.p.A., the Province intends to entrust the contract concerning the maintenance services of the information system, of technical and specialist support to thedefining the policies of economic support to individuals and families through the indicator of family economic condition, through an open procedure and applying the criterion of the most economically advantageous bid identified on the basis of the best quality / price ratio, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, n. 50 Code of public contracts (hereinafter: Cohe says) and of the art. 16 and 17 of the L.P. 9.3.2016 n. 2 provincial law transposing the European directives on public contracts 2016 (hereafter: L.P. 2/2016) and the related implementation regulation approved by the Public Prosecutor of 21.10.2016, n. 16-50 / Leg.
