The object of the procurement is the security service at the headquarters of the Sicilian Regional Assembly (hereinafter the Assembly), to be carried out by means of sworn security guards using metal detection equipment (metal detector ) and baggage control machines (x-ray tunnels), made available by the Assembly.
Subjects, havinghead office in the states of the European Union, registered with the C.C.I.A.A. for the business sector covered by this contract, in possession of the requirements pursuant to art. 80, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments ..

Ai pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 4 of thel D.Lgs. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii, declaration, signed in accordance with the provisions of the decree of the President of the Republic 28.12.2000, n. 445, concerning the overall average annual turnover for the last three years (2016, 2017, 2018), as well as a list of contracts of the same type as the one covered by this procedure carried out in the last three years (2016, 2017, 2018).
