This procedure concerns the establishment of a dynamic acquisition system for the assignment of supplies of multipurpose surgical instruments or reusable in favor of the regional health service bodies pursuant to art. 1 of theL. R. n. 30 of 12.27.2006.

Pena the exclusion from the procedure in qas essential elements of the offer, the competitor must satisfy the following conditions:
a) registration for activities related to the subject of this contract, both with reference to the supply and service activities referred to in the contract, in the C.C.I.A.A. or in the register of provincial craft commissions in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of art. 83 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;
b) non-existence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.
1) The tender procedure is managed with the electronic system called Sintel, accessible from the website www.ariaspa.it, whose description and method of use for the purpose of submitting the application is specified in the Specifications and relative annex. This annex describes: information concerningthe electronic mediation platform in general, the technical methods for using Sintel, the IT equipment required for participation in this procedure, registration to the platform and the form of communications to be used for this procedure. ARIA reserves the right to suspend the procedure in the event of anomalies reported by the system;
2) and necessary lto the registration to the Sintel system in order to present the admission application: it is necessary to be qualified to participate in the individual specific contracts; .1);
4) the specific prescriptions regarding the methods of presentation of the application for admission ethe elements of evaluation for the qualification are contained in the Specifications. The specific provisions regarding the supply and related services, the methods of presentation, the estimated value of each lot, the basic auction bases, the procedures for participating in several lots, the subcontracting, the additional causes of exclusion and the other information of tender will be contained inindividual specific contracts and related documentation;
5) the competitors, with the presentation of the offers, allow the processing of their data, also personal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 s.m.i., and EU 2016/679 regulation for insolvency and contractual requirements;
6) information and clarifications on the tender documents can be requested according to the methods indicated in the Tender Specificationsyou were, for the duration of the SDA. The clarifications to the tender documents will be published on the site referred to in the previous point I.1) as well as on Sintel;
7) the competitors are required to indicate, at the time of submitting the application for admission to the SDA, according to the methods indicated in the Specifications of charges, the elected domicile for sending notices acknowledging that they will be sentand by ARCA with the procedures indicated;
8) and designated as sole responsible for the procedure for the present procedure Dr. Carmen Schweigl; 40% of the total contract amount. Given that the tender procedure in question is a centralized procedure approxcharacterized by large volumes the same and more exposed to a need for control of the contract in foster care also through the use of the subcontracting institution. The assignment is characterized by type of supply / service to be essential (eg AIC etc. ...). Moreover, for the same characteristics previously exposed, the presence of the indicated percentage, considered, the aggregation of volumes, the typology of the economic sector and the reference entrepreneurial fabric, does not hinder the access of small and medium enterprises to the contract;
10) each / each agreement / contract that will be stipulated / stipulated does not provide for the arbitration clause.
