N * ICE procurement procedures Framework agreements on temporary employment "Personnel lending for aircraft de-icing"

N * ICE needs personnel for aircraft de-icing with special equipment of the N * ICE on the handling position or on the de-icing areas of the Frankfurt airport intended for this purpose am Main The N * ICE intends toto meet this need by hiring out employees by concluding a framework agreement (rental company).

The N * ICE has the need for personnel for aircraft de-icing with special devices of the N * ICE on the handling position or on the de-icing areas provided for this at Frankfurt am Main airport. The N * ICE intends to meet this need by hiring out workersto be covered by the conclusion of a framework agreement (distributors). The framework agreement has a fixed term from July 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021. The N * ICE reserves the right to extend the framework agreement 3 times by 1 year each.

The N * ICE will cover its needs as follows:

The N * ICE has the need to hire 6 temporary workers net, i. H. 6 contract workers each in the early and late shift.

The framework agreement partner commits to an appropriate extent to increase or reduce the number of employees. The N * ICE will notify the respective extent of the increase or reduction in writing at least 6 months before / before the start of the season.he / she fulfills all professional legal requirements for the execution of the offered service,

- about his / her assets neither the insolvency proceedings nor a comparable legal proceeding opened or the opening requested or this application was rejected due to lack of mass,

- he / she is / are not in liquidation,

- he / she is based on his / herhas not committed any serious misconduct, which would eliminate his / her reliability as a possible provider of the advertised services,

- he / she his / her obligation to pay taxes and duties as well as to pay the contributions to the statutory social insurance according to the legal regulations of the client`s member stateaess has / have fulfilled,

- none of the persons whose behavior is attributable to him / her has been finally convicted for one of the reasons stated in section 123 GWB,

- he / she is / are aware that a false statement is made May result in exclusion from the group of applicants,

- in particular the information and explanations made on the suitability criteria correspond to the truth,

- he/ she has taken note of the following wording of Section 21 (1) of the Posted Workers Act:

Section 21 exclusion from the award of public contracts

The N * ICE reserves the right to request suitable evidence from the applicants / applicant groups before the contract is awarded in order to be able to check the self-declarations submitted. If the applicant / group of applicants does not provide the requested evidence after being requested by N * ICE, not on time or incomplete, the applicant / group of applicants becomes compulsoryend excluded from the further award procedure.

For applicants / applicant groups from other EU countries, evidence required by the N * ICE must be provided in accordance with the law of their home country. As far as information from the central trade register is concerned, the register must provide information about the following processes: Administrative decisions (trade prohibitions, withdrawal of permits, Concessions etc.), waiver of admission to a trade or other commercial enterprise during a withdrawal or revocation procedure, fines decisions due to administrative offenses committed in or in connection with the conduct of the business, as well as certain criminal judgments due to a street committed in or in connection with the commercial exerciseaftaten. All evidence, certificates and declarations are also to be provided for subcontractors at the request of the client. This requirement also applies to subcontractors of applicants from other EU countries.

4.2.1) Applicant`s declaration on liability insurance

The applicant / applicant community is obliged to take out liability insurance with a minimum deca sum of at least EUR 5 million (in each case for personal injury and property damage) to be provided or to be completed, proof of the conclusion no later than 10 calendar days after the award of the contract, but in any case before the start of the service provision and this insurance for the entire duration of the framework agreement.

It is not necessary to take out BADV insurance.

4.3.1) Economic performance

The applicant declares that in the past 2 business years (2017 to 2019) he has generated an average total annual turnover of at least EUR 0.5 million.
