DGACQ 05-20

DGACQ05-20 - Assignment, under concession, of the management of cleaning services and material removal from the road plan following an accident on the roads under the responsibility of the Lazio territorial structure.

The procedure provides for the assignment in concession, on an experimental basis, ofThe management of cleaning services and material removal from the roadway following an accident on the roads under the responsibility of the Lazio regional structure.

All subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and as amended, in compliance with the provisions set out in art. 47 and 48 of the aforementioned decree.

A) Under penalty of non-remediable irregularity of the offers, thethe required documentation, as specified in the tender specification, must be received within the deadline referred to in point IV.2.2) exclusively online, therefore, competitors not yet registered on the ANAS Purchase Portal will have to register quickly on the aforementioned Portal (https: / /acquisti.stradeanas.it), within the prescribed deadline, according to the methods and provisions ccomplied with in the tender specification;

b) In order to guarantee the authenticity and integrity of all the documents requested, as well as to complete the online offer, the legal representative of the competing company must first obtain a digital signature certificate, in the course of validity, issued as indicated in the tender specification. They will not be considered valid and effective, etherefore will result in exclusion from the tender, documents and documents not digitally signed or signed with a digital signature certificate that differs from the foregoing;

c) Under penalty of exclusion, in the event of temporary groupings of companies or consortia to be created or EEIGs, the required documentation must be digitally signed, in the manner indicated in the oftender specifications;

d) This announcement does not bind ANAS to the subsequent award. ANAS expressly reserves the possibility to cancel the tender or to modify or postpone its terms at any time and at its sole discretion, without the candidates being able to make claims of any kind and nature. The award, also subject to the realization of all the presuppossti, of any nature including those related to the total financing of the contract, the law, the regulation and the bankruptcy proceedings preparatory to the performance of the service, is not binding for ANAS and does not give the right to stipulate the contract or any claim, claim, expectation or request of any kind from competitors and the successful tenderer;

e) This contract notice is published following the decision to contract CDG-0045695-I of 24.1.2020.

f) The tender specification, the convention scheme and all the tender documentation are made available through the publication of the this invitation to tender on the ANAS institutional website, within the section, and on the ANAS purchasing portal https://acquisti.stradeanas.it, at theno of the section, from which it is possible to access the reserved area containing all the tender documentation;

g) For anything not expressly stated in this notice and in the tender specification, reference is made to the contractual documents tender, as well as any other legislative and regulatory provisions in force, as applicable;

h) ANAS reserves theright to extend the duration of the contract beyond what is set out in point II.2.11 for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedure for the identification of a new contractor. In this case, the contractor is required to perform the services provided in the contract at the same prices, agreements and conditions or more favorable for the contracting authority.
