Logistics and warehouse materials management services Caviaga.
Warehouse logistics and materials management services Eni S.p.A. di Caviaga (Lodi) and in the areas of relevance of the central northern district Eni S.p.A. of Ravenna. In relation to this announcement, the contracting entity (Eni S.p.A.) will assign no. 1 three-year contract (with 1 option if any12 month extension).
Main Site: Italy.
Warehouse logistics and materials management services Eni S.p.A. Caviaga (Lodi), including:
- specialized personnel,
- dedicated material handling equipment (crane trucks, forklifts),
- supplies of warehouse consumables (pallets, timber),
- cleaning / green areas / guardians, and
- logistics and transport services for various materials among the operatives and dependencies of the Northern Central District Eni S.p.A. of Ravenna.
The object of the contract is necessarily unitary in the light of the type of technical service required, namely logistics and materials management at the Eni S.p.A. di Caviaga (Lodi).
The conditions for participation in the present competition are published on the profile of the client at the following address: (https: //eprocurement.eni.it). The candidate must give evidence, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, of his / her economic and financial capacity.
In this regard the candidate must produce, together with the application form, a copy of the approved company financial statements at the last 3 financial years (2015-2016-2017). The newly formed companies, with the exception of those resulting from merger /incorporation of pre-existing companies, they must be able to provide a copy of at least one financial statement for the year prior to the date of this call for proposals.
In the case of groupings of companies, all members must present their financial statements. In the case of consortia, the financial statements must be provided by both the consortium and the individual consortium companiesthose balances the candidate, under penalty of exclusion from the race, will have to provide evidence of the achievement of a value of the average annual production of at least 2 500 000, 00 EUR.
In the only case in which the candidate is at the head of a business group, the aforementioned value can be derived from the related consolidated financial statements. For the above purposes we mean:
- group of companies: a set of imprendered autonomous from a legal point of view but subject to a single economic entity,
- consolidated balance sheet: final financial statement describing the economic, patrimonial and financial situation of a business group, prepared by the company placed at the top (parent company ) and drawn up according to the provisions of the law and in compliance with the accounting regulations in force,
- bicorporate launch: final financial statement describing the economic, asset and financial situation of a company, considered individually, drawn up according to the provisions of the law and in compliance with the accounting regulations in force.
In the case of groupings of companies and consortia, in art. 48 of Legislative Decree 18 April 2016 no. 50, the aforementioned production value must ebe possessed to the extent indicated in articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree 18 April 2016 no. 50.
