VRR traffic surveys 2020/2021 on certain urban public transport buses (OeSPV lot 1) and on certain public transport services Lines of local passenger transport (SPNV lot 2) in the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (VRR).
The AusschreiThe surveys according to the so-called "claims procedure" are carried out centrally by the VRR AoeR ("VRR traffic surveys") for a part of the OeSPV and for the SPNV companies.The appraisals are based on certain OeSPV bus routes (see Annex 3a). on certain SPNV lines (see Annex 3b).
- Declaration that no exclusion reasons within the meaning of -- 123, 124 GWB or successful self-cleaning measures within the meaning of - 125 GWB have been carried out,
statement that there has been no misconduct within the meaning of - 5 of the Corruption Law,
declaration that the company is not in insolvency proceedings or in liquidation and there are no circumstances which can question his reliability- declare that the company has complied with its obligations to pay social security contributions and taxes, - declare that there is adequate professional indemnity insurance. The minimum cover amounts for personal injury and property damage are EUR 500 000, for property damage EUR 100 000. The bidder assures that at the time of the order executionthere is sufficient coverage or, in the case of placing an order, a corresponding professional indemnity insurance is taken out (please do not submit any policies here, just submit the declaration),
