Neubau Sportzentrum Neuenhaus

Schluesselfertiger Neubau eines Sportzentrums, consisting of a three-field sports hall and a two-field sports hall with planning, construction, construction and final financing and maintenance services within the extended warranty periods in the context of an OePP-Innerhabermodells.

For the school site in Neuenhaus both need the velvet community Neuenhaus as well as the district county Bentheim as a school bearer new sports halls. The committees of both municipalities have decided to build these sports halls as a common sports center on a plot of the district in order to use synergy effects. The building complex should include a two-storey hall and a triple hall including all necessary ancillary rooms with a total usable area of around 3, 100 m. fueIn the secondary rooms, a two-storey construction is permitted. The new sports center will be built as part of a public-private partnership (PPP / OePP) turnkey (OePP holder model). On the basis of a functional construction description with room program, the contractor has all the necessary planning and construction services for the ready-to-use construction of the Sportzentrums including all outdoor facilities as well as maintenance within the extended warranty period including the adjustment of the technical facilities. Financing services include interim construction financing at the risk of the contractor and unrestricted final financing for more than 20 years from the acceptance of the construction works. The declaration of objection shall be made atacceptance of the contract object. Client and contract partner for all services is the district of Grafschaft Bentheim. The tendering procedure will be carried out as a negotiated competition procedure.

A1) Excerpt from the Commercial Register, not older than 6 months (companies not in theres are allowed to provide proof of membership in the IHK, Handwerksrolle or comparable chamber, which may not be more than 6 months old).

B) for the draftsman (Architekturbuero):

B1) Proof of registration of the Draftsman / architecture office authorizing the management of the job title Architect (entry in the-Architect's List of an Architect's Chamber)

B2) Obligation of the architectural firm / draftsman to take partial performances.

A) for the candidate / contractor:

A2) self-explanations of the candidate / contractor,

- that are not exclusionary iS v. -- 123, 124 GWB,

- that the company respIn the last 3 years, persons to be assigned do not conform to - 21 of the Illicit Workers Act or - 21 i. V. m. Section 23 of the Posted Workers Act has been imprisoned for more than three months or fined more than 90 daily sentences or a fine of more than EUR 2 500.

A3) Declaration by one or more credit institutions in which they give the basic lawwillingness to finance the measure;

A4) the total net turnover of the last 3 completed business years. Net sales must be at least EUR 30 million. If applicants and contractors are two different companies, the net turnover must be at least EUR 30 million each;

A5) Presentation and explanation of the proposed realisimodel (presentation of contract constructions and project participants, if possible as an organizational chart) and its financing and designation of responsible companies;

A6) References to comparable projects (eg OePP) in which the applicant is responsible partner (contract partner / initiator / shareholder of the property company) of the client or as general contractor / Totaluentrepreneur; Reference period from 2008 (date of signature of the contract). The project will be recognized as a reference even if the works have started but not completed.

Reference sheets with pictorial representations are desirable. The project is only accepted as a reference if the following information is available: Object, year of contract, name of the clientbers and contact person, contract volume (net), scope of services. If there is no comparability in the scope of the services or contract volume (no points in the respective category), the reference will receive a total of 0 points. 3 reference projects evaluated.

B) for the author of the design (architecture office):

Applicants may submit the form of the European Self-Declaration in accordance with - 50 VgV for the required self-explanations. The public contracting authority may, upon transmission of a single European self-declarationAt any time, candidates must be requested to provide all the evidence and documentation necessary to complete the competition.

When compiling the documents, it is important to ensure that only statements and evidence required for the application are submitted. Additional information that does not serve as proof of required information, -will not be considered. The evidence and self-explanations can also be submitted in copy. If the customer considers this to be necessary, the client may ask for a check of the original for verification. Proofs with the addition "not older than 6 months" may not be older than 6 months on the day mentioned in point IV.2.2).

Durch the awarding authority will be answered until 6 days before the submission of the application form.
