Award procedure for student assistance of Lebenshilfe Bad Toelz-Wolfratshausen

Promotion of people with disabilities from the respective place of residence to the client`s facilities and back.

Main Site: Listed in the award documents.

Transport for tours according to the specifications ofmainly in the catchment area of the client`s facilities with nine-seat buses, cf. in detail tender documents.

I) Declaration by the bidder (BI) or each member of the bidding consortium (MB):

1) BI / MB declares that no person, whose behavior is attributable to his company (UN), according to the criminal offenses pursuant to - 123 No. 1-10 GWB finally convicted o against UN nonee The fine has been legally established in accordance with Section 30 of the OWiG;

2) BI / MB declares that the UN does not violate i. S. v. - 124 para. 1 o against the provisions of - 124 para. 2;

3) BI / MB declares that he

a) fulfills the commercial law requirements for the execution of the service himself o by third parties (to be explained), if he this requirement is not itself fulfilled;

b) employees / performanceassisted the client (AG) and the contracting authority (VSt) did not offer any advantages, promised o granted;

c) in the case of queries / further clarification needs of the AG, in particular regarding suitability, please for explanations o evidence (e.g. certificate social insurance, GZR - o HR excerpt, bank statement) immediately provide further requested information / will provide evidence;

d) has a valid liability insuranceis assured that BI or all MBs and subcontractors (NU) are insured at a reasonable level / are hereby bindingly assured that he will take out appropriate insurance in the event of an order; is o he is entered in it, stating number / register u

f) AG immediately inform (n) u if necessary updated self-declaration as well asEvidence will be provided if, during the rest of the procedure (before o after the offer has been submitted), there are changes to the circumstances explained by him above or other recognizable relevant priorities for the award of a contract. II) For the information, the form sheets in the VU to be downloaded are to be used. Information / declarations / evidence (AEN) that BI has not submitted by the deadline can be submitted to BI until a grace period to be determined by the clientbe requested. If the BI does not submit the required AEN within a grace period set by the AG, BI will be excluded. AG is not obliged to give BI the opportunity to complete his information after the offer period has expired, but i. R. d. VgV entitled. These requirements apply accordingly to a NU / third party including affiliated UN, to whom the BI regardsvested in its suitability, in particular that is intended to provide essential performance shares; from this a commitment letter with the corresponding information on the form in the tender documents (VU) is to be provided (if the submission is unreasonable, the submission for NU at the request of the VSt prior to final assessment); BI / MB requirements then apply according to III. Requirements under no. III.1.2) and III.1.3) apply to the qualification to practice the profession, including requirements with regard to entry in a professional or commercial register, insofar as they relate to it -2019 (net; only bidders alone, not group / affiliated companies). Information about the duration of the transactionfinancial year (if not identical to the calendar year) for which the above information was given, and at the beginning of the business activity (if business activity started after 2017). Obligation to submit balance sheets / balance sheet extracts for the last two financial years immediately upon request of the client, if their publication according to the company law of the Staates, in which the bidder is established. Information on the number of employees who are mainly involved in the execution of comparable orders for 2017-2019;

II) para. II. Of section III.1.1) applies accordingly;

III) Requirements under no. III.1.1) and III.1.3) apply to economic and financial performance insofar as they relate to them.
