Accordance with the specifications (tender documents), currently approx. 98 students.

- Self - declaration about the existence or copy of an official license for commercial passenger transport,

- number of the Commercial register entry or explanation why such is not required ist and indication of authorized persons (expression from the electronic information and communication system on the HRA data is sufficient)

For bidders from abroad, an equivalent certificate from the country of origin or provenance of the tenderer with officially certified translation into German must be submitted Further explanation will be given in the tender documentsProof of the reliability and financial viability of the Bidder is provided by the Bidder's / Bidder's / Subcontractor's own declarations in accordance with - 47 VgV i. V. m. -- 123, 124 GWB and the payment of wages. The main points of the content are confirmations that:
