Contract awarding of the school transport service of the Municipalities of Fontanellato and Roccabianca for the period 1.1.2019 31.7.2023 to be assigned according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer sIt is based on the best quality / price ratio.

School transport service

Valid for both lots:

Registration in the C.C.I.A.A. (Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts, Agriculture) or in the Register of Provincial Commissions for Crafts, or in the appropriate registers of social cooperatives, with orsocial issue consistent with the object of the contract.

In the case of participation in the bidding of groupings of companies or consortia, the requirements must be possessed by all the members of the group or consortium. art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. b) and c) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the requirements must be possessed by the consortium and by the consortium companiesfor which the consortium competes. The requirements must also be possessed by any auxiliary company.

Possibility of technical extension until 31.12.2023 pending completion of the tender for the assignment of the new service. Cost of the extension already included in the value of the 2 lots, please refer to the Disciplinary for specifics.
