CPV Description: Special-purpose road passenger-transport services. Open procedure, in telematic modality for the assignment of the transport service of disabled persons to and from the ASSL rehabilitation structures. Cagliari

Open procedure, in electronic mode, above European threshold, of five-year duration with option of extension for a further year, for the assignment of the transport service of perdisabled people to and from the ASSL rehabilitation facilities Cagliari.

Main Site: ASSL Cagliari area.

The service consists of transporting disabled persons to and from the ASSL facilities of Cagliari, through the use of suitable means.

1.a) registration with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture (CCIAA) or in the register of commissions provingfor the craft industry or with the competent professional associations or similar register of the State belonging to the EU, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 1, lett. a), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 (registration in one of the commercial registers referred to in Annex XVI of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016), for the object related to the contract; the competitors must specify: the company name, the names of the representativeslegal persons, the room, number and date of registration, the corporate purpose, limited to what is relevant to this contract;

2.b) pursuant to art. 37 of the law n. 122/2010, the economic operators having their registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the so-called black lists referred to in the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 4.5.1999 and the Decree of the Minister for the Economy and-finances of 21.11.2001, must be in possession of the authorization issued pursuant to the D.M. 14.12.2010 of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
