Special-purpose road passenger-transport services.

School transport service for schools in the Municipality of Alatri

The tender offer must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee in the name of Municipality of Alatri as defined by art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, amounting to EUR 34 608.00 corresponding to 2% of the amount-set up.

The contract is financed by municipal funds.

14.2. Pursuant to art. 83, 86 and Annex XVI of Legislative Decree n. 50/2016:

- for companies, registration in the Register of Companies, for the sector of activity concerning the object of the announcement, established at the competent Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture (or in similar professional register of the Stator belonging, for companies based in other EU Member States, as per Annex XVI of Legislative Decree n. 50/2016);

For Cooperatives or Consortia of Cooperatives, registration in the appropriate Register of Cooperative Societies established at the Ministry of Productive Activities and kept at the Register of Companies of the province where it is based; compatibility of the social purpose with the seof activity concerning the object of the announcement,

- for the social cooperatives or consortia of social cooperatives, registration in the appropriate regional register of the social cooperatives as per law no. 381/1991; compatibility of the corporate purpose with the sector of activity concerning the object of the announcement, registration with the National Electronic Register as per art. 16 of the EC Regulation n. 1071/2009 and art. 11 of the Executive Decree of the Head of Department for Transport, Navigation and Information Systems and Statistics of 25.11.2011, n. 291 (that is, in a similar professional register of the State of belonging, for companies based in other Member States of the European Union), attestation of professional qualifications as per art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 395/2000 and D.M. n. 161 of 28.4.2005 (already D.M. 20.12.1991 n. 448) e s.m.i.
