School transport, support and assistance on school buses for primary and secondary school children. Period 1.1.2019-31.12.2025

School transport service and assistance of pupils of primary and secondary nursery schools of the Municipality of Seravezza on board the school buses period 1.1.2019-31.12.2025.

The service includes school transport on the territory of the Municipality of Seravezza with assistance and assistance on school buses for pupils of primary, secondary and secondary schools, guaranteeing compliance with school entrance and exit times. Transport for additional educational activities such as educational trips and that on the occasion of dello unfolding of the marine colonies.

b) Being in possession of the Certificate of professional qualification for the transport of people by road provided for by Legislative Decree no. 395/2000 (previously D.M. No. 448/1991) and subsequent D.M. transports of implementation n. 161/2005 or equivalent of the Community title. The workEconomic entity not resident in Italy must possess the same authorization / certification issued, in the State of residence, by the appointed Organization / Organization;

c) (also only in the case of cooperatives) Be registered in the Register of Cooperative Societies pursuant to Ministerial Decree 23.6 .2004, and (only in the case of social cooperatives) to be registered in the relevant Regional Register.
