Specialized school transport for the 2018/2019, 2019/20 and 2020/21 school years for Freiburg public schools

This is a framework agreement with several economic operators with a term of 3 years (School year 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21). The economic operators are due to the resultsof this public participation contest. Before each of the o. G. School years, all economic operators who are members of the framework agreement will be invited to submit tenders. The criteria for the award of the individual contracts are specified in the terms of reference of the invitation to tender. There is no entitlement to an individual order. The leisThis applies to student transport with special student vehicles (Passenger Car 5 to 7 seater, Minibus 8 to 17 seater) in the above mentioned. School years for public schools in Freiburg (usually special education and counseling centers, school children and elementary school classes, but also regular schools within the framework of inclusive schooling). Main site: Freiburg i. Br.

The student transport services usually consist of trips between the homes of pupils in Freiburg and the surrounding area and the respective schools in Freiburg.

1) Personal authorization under the Personenbefoerderungsgesetz (PBefG) valid at the time of the application for participation. a) only drivers in possession of the driver's license are employed for passenger transport; (b) only driving and accompanying personnel are employed;-which can clearly and unambiguously articulate in German spoken and written;

c) no persons are used as driving and / or accompanying personnel who are excluded from the activity within the meaning of -72a SGB VIII;

d) the regulations be adhered to by the Landestariftreue and minimum wage law.
